Creating a special lounging space to observe the majestic St. Jacinto Mountains and unwind, or opening up the expansive sliding doors and peeking through the clerestory windows to create a transparent moment, we created an outdoor-indoor experience.

An expansive living room for entertaining or lounging, centered by a focal wall adorned with a starry wallpaper and populated by comfy Mid Century inspired furniture in blues, greys and creams.

The tiled fireplace in white gloss wavy patterned tile harkens to the groovy days of the Mid-Mod design without being too cliche. We buttressed the fireplace with two oversized picture windows to allow a picturesque view of the outside landscape.

We re-designed the dining area to center the around the normal congregation area, the living room, seamlessly without feeling compartmentalized. Anchored by a rich plush area rug invoking a tranquil sea, and glass table to give levity to the space, this dining area floats cohesively with the great room. The two light fixtures, the Beads by Innermost Design in the forefront, the Atomium by Kundalini Lighting in the background, play perfectly in this whimiscal space.

An expansive master suite created by adding stationary windows on either side of the bed, as well as a clerestory for more light infusion. All furnishes are modern and neutral, which is punctuated by pop of colors from the laser cut Sama Pendant in bright orange by Kundalini Lighting, as well as the colorful pop art .

Keeping with theme of indoor-outdoor living, we created an experience by installing an expansive picture window inside the shower, creating feeling of taking a shower outdoors without living the sanctuary of your bathroom. Modern finishes in grey tones and whites, layered with cool texture like glass linear tiles in blue hues add to the spa feel of this master bathroom retreat. We created a beautifully refined space for guests to relax. White wall tiles with a linear tile in an array of blue hues that mimics a waterfall cascading to the floor. A shower head from Hansgrohe creates a rain fall experience that lends to the spa like feel of the space.

A muted powder room featuring textured wallpaper with a bit of pattern and sheen, along with an organically shaped lighted mirror adding illumination and an aesthetic element to the space.
